Abdominal Surgery?

Healing Isn’t Complete Without Scar Care.

Surgery Heals. Scars Adapt—or Restrict.

Unaddressed Scars Create Dysfunction.

Abdominal Surgery Can Leave Lasting Tissue Change.

Scar Tissue Alters Movement.

Lets address it together…

Your 60-minute abdominal scar massage appointment begins with a thorough consultation, giving you the time and space to talk openly about your scar, surgery, recovery, and any concerns. This ensures the treatment is fully tailored to your individual needs.

A detailed assessment of the scar follows, looking at tissue mobility, sensitivity, and restriction. The hands-on treatment then includes a combination of manual scar massage, mild manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), soft cupping, and the use of Lymphatouch, a negative pressure device that supports scar healing by improving lymphatic flow, circulation, and tissue mobility. Its gentle vibration helps reach deeper tissue layers, aiding the release of adhesions and encouraging space between tissue layers.

Where appropriate, personalised aftercare and product recommendations will also be discussed to support your recovery at home. Your comfort is prioritised throughout, ensuring a safe, supportive, and nurturing experience.
