Initial consultation

During the consultation, we will discuss your fitness and nutritional goals, as well as review your medical and exercise history.
The session will include a diastasis recti assessment, posture assessment. This consultation is important for any clients who had either vaginal or C-section birth.
We will also address pelvic floor function (incontinence , prolapse issues) and how can specific exercises help with the pelvic floor muscles, importance of proper breathing and any other concerns or priorities you would like to discuss to ensure the session is tailored to your needs.

After pregnancy most mums will experience core separation or Diastasis Recti, so healing the core is essential for full recovery. After your initial appointment you can book this and you will get a bespoke core rehab which will include:
Correct diaphragm breathing
TVA deep core activation
Posture correction
Core exercise
Pelvic floor engagement and release
Mobility and glute activation

After the initial consultation you will receive your bespoke training session , core rehab and nutritional advise.

. Challenging upper and lower body workouts - progressive overload
. If you’ve completed your Core Rehab phase, we’ll now begin to progressively overload the core. This means we’ll gradually increase the challenge to your deep core and supporting muscles in a safe and controlled way, helping you build more strength, stability, and confidence in your movements.
